The town sits on a ridge in the Eastern Himalaya. Work from a desk in town, and stay in the villages around it.
Many visitors on a longer stay live in a farm stay or homestay outside town and come in to work two or three days a week. Distances are by road from Sanctorum.
Sanctorum does not take or arrange stay bookings. Book directly with the stay.
Road distances from Sanctorum. Hill roads are slow, so plan by hours and not by kilometres.
Foreign nationals need a permit to enter Sikkim.
If you stay in a village outside town, a rented scooter or motorcycle is the simplest way to come in to work. Shared taxis cover the main roads, but they thin out in the evening.
Sanctorum does not rent vehicles or arrange rentals. Ask your host, or look for a rental shop in Gangtok town.

Desks between two walls of shelving, a lounge by the window and a coffee corner. Unlimited coffee and tea and 200 Mbps WiFi come with every plan.
An enclosed room off the coworking floor, with its own door and its own lighting. The room is billed flat, for one person or three, and the floor's coffee and WiFi come with it.
A separate room off the floor, for up to eight. TV display with HDMI, whiteboard, video conferencing setup and coffee service.
Exclusive use of the coworking floor for workshops, trainings and off-sites, with nobody else on the floor. Facilitator setup, TV with HDMI, WiFi, tea and coffee through the day, and reception for your guests.

Longer is always cheaper.No shorter booking is charged more than a longer one. On the Private Pod, three days or more is billed as a week, and anything beyond three weeks as a month.
Payment and billing.Payment is by UPI or bank transfer, and memberships activate on payment. A refundable deposit of ₹10,000 applies to the pod on monthly cycles and longer. Daily and weekly pod stays are prepaid with no deposit.
A registered address at Sanctorum with the documentation required for company and GST registration in Sikkim. Billed annually per entity, on a single invoice at signing.
Agreements run twelve months from signing. Renewal terms are communicated at least thirty days before expiry, and there is no automatic renewal.
